Long Life Yoga is a national, non-profit, and mobile yoga studio headquartered in Buffalo NY. The mission is to encourage people of all ages and abilities that better days and a better self is yet to come! The practice focuses on the 3 in 1 philosophy of self-improvement, body, mind, and spirit. The goal is a stronger and more flexible body, a more focused and intentional mind, and a more grateful and peaceful spirit.

Yoga saved my life! And it continues to save me. It has been my tool for peace in the midst of social anxiety, work stress, family worry, and a global pandemic. What I first thought was just stretching, has transformed me into a better version of myself. My body is stronger without injury, my mind is more focused, and my spirit has become more at peace and magnetic to other people. This is my testimony… yoga has brought me closer to God.
If yoga does for others, what it did for me… then I want to share it with the world. With all of its varieties and philosophies, I believe yoga can heal mankind. I got certified in Vinyasa Flow Yoga in 2020 and launched Long Life Yoga in 2021, inspired by my first yoga teacher Bobby who lived into her 90s still fully functional. I teach adult community classes, kid’s classes for schools, transformational retreats, and online courses. Whether it’s me or my team, I hope that you feel better than you did before the practice.
