Our Kid Yoga program offers a unique, custom curriculum with over 100 exciting lessons that transport kids on a new adventure each time, from pirate yoga to under the sea yoga. Each adventure is paired with a valuable moral lesson, teaching life skills such as breaking bad habits, taking care of nature, and more.
